Worlds 2023: Play-Ins standings and results
After Team BDS quickly swept Golden Guardians in the Worlds Qualifying Series, Worlds 2023 have confirmed its 22 participants. The LEC #4 seed have joined the other 7 teams that will fight in the play-in stage.
Over six days, they will battle for the last two spots left in the Main Event Swiss stage. With the teams divided into two groups of four, there will be several best-of-three matches in the following days the best four teams will clash in two Bo5 qualifying matches. The winners of those series will join the top 16 on the Swiss stage.
Considering Worlds is held in South Korea, it might be tough for fans to follow all the action, especially in the Western regions. With that in mind, we have created a comprehensive page that will allow you to stay up-to-date on all the results of the Play-in stage at Worlds 2023, as well as the schedule of the remaining matches.

Worlds 2023: Play-Ins scores and schedule
Play-in stage of Worlds 2023 kicked off on Oct. 10 and it will last five days until October 15. You can find the full schedule of the matches below with the results (and eliminations) updated on a daily basis. All times will be listed as CET but it might be subject to changes depending on how the series go.

Tuesday, October 10
- 09:00 CET | Movistar R7 0-2 PSG Talon
- 12:00 CET | LOUD 2-0 GAM Esports
Wednesday, October 11
- 09:00 CET | DetonatioN FM 0-2 CTBC Flying Oyster
- 12:00 CET | Team BDS 1-2 Team Whales
Friday, October 13
- 09:00 CET | GAM Esports 2 – 0 Movistar R7
- 12:00 CET | BDS 2 – 0 DFM
Movistar R7 and DetonatioN FocusMe have been eliminated following their losses.
Round 2
Thursday, October 12
- 09:00 CET | LOUD 0 – 2 PSG Talon
- 12:00 CET | TW 2 – 1 CFO
Saturday, October 14
- 09:00 CET | LOUD 0 – 2 GAM
- 12:00 CET | CFO 0 – 2 BDS
LOUD are eliminated from the tournament following their loss to GAM Esports. GAM will advance to the qualification match against TW.
Qualifiers
Sunday, October 15
- 05:00 CET | TW 1 – 3 GAM
- 10:00 CET | PSG 2 – 3 BDS
GAM beat rivals Team Whales to advance to the Swiss stage. Team BDS will join them following their reverse sweep against PSG Talon.

How to watch the League Worlds 2023 Play-In stage
You can watch the action live on YouTube, Twitch, or the official LoL Esports channel. Among them, we recommend the latter if you want to earn rewards (remember to log in with your Riot Games account to earn them). If you like interacting with other users, then Twitch and YouTube are both great platforms.
